Complimentary Call
A free 15-minute telephone or video consultation is available to help you decide if you would like to schedule a counselling assessment appointment.
Assessment
It can be overwhelming trying to choose a counsellor, therefore an assessment provides an opportunity for us to meet and to see if we are a comfortable fit to work together.
The assessment appointment is different to a counselling session as the aim is for me to gain more information about you and what you are wanting help with, which involves me asking more questions than what I would in a counselling session.
There is no obligation to continue to therapy sessions after the assessment appointment.
Counselling Session
Counselling is a talking therapy, and I will listen carefully to what you choose to tell me without judgement or criticism.
I will encourage you to talk and share your thoughts, feelings or behaviours in order to gain a better understanding of yourself or see things from different perspectives.
I may introduce therapeutic techniques or strategies and help you to develop coping tools.
As a therapist I will not give you answers however, I will help you to explore your concerns and support you to find your own solutions.
Assessment session - £70.00
Counselling session - £70.00
I offer concessions for low income and students.
The number of sessions required will vary from person to person, which we will discuss at the assessment appointment.
Feel free to contact me via email , text or phone call should you have any questions or would like to arrange a complimentary 15 minute call.
As I am often in sessions during the day I may not be able to take your call straight away, however you can leave a voice message or text me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
